The staff here has been exceptionally nice and helpful in the dozen or so times I've been there. Was just in there about a week ago in the morning and I wish I knew the woman's name. She was awesome at customer service. She was Caucasian and I'd guess her to be somewhere in her 50's (the lower end of them of course) just saying that in hopes that she gets credit for doing such a great job although I did pause at the customer service desk before leaving and let them know as well. To top off her great customer service she also had a great eye bc while we were walking she reached down and picked up a $20 bill. I said wow it must be your lucky day. She said no I couldn't do that, I'm going to turn it in in hopes that someone claims it. Not a whole lot of people would do that in my opinion, especially without a wallet or purse containing ID.

We're new to the area and Menards is very quickly becoming a favorite of ours to peruse the great selection of items and to make purchases. We've learned to just grab a shopping cart before we start as the 3 times we've visited we've come out with more items than what we intended due to amazing clearance pricing, for example summer planted hanging baskets less than $3 each. It also has to mentioned all the employees are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Without doubt we'll be spending more time and money there in the future! 😅

I do not leave many reviews, but Ryan in Plumbing at Menards absolutely earned this one. I walked in with a long list of plumbing materials for a project. Ryan took the list, knew exactly what I needed, and helped me find everything in less than five minutes. What would have taken me hours on my own was handled in minutes. The difference between average and exceptional is competence. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and educational. He did not just help me find parts. He saved me a tremendous amount of time. As someone who manages rentals, rehabs, and construction projects, I can tell you that people like Ryan are rare. Because of this experience, Menards will be my first stop for plumbing supplies and building materials moving forward. Ryan is a huge asset to the company.

If you want to save big money you can do it at Menards! Large store with ample parking and they carry pretty much everything a Lowes or Home Depot does. I have bought everything from them from bottled water to a Refrigerator and anything you can think of between. I have also rented one of their trucks a couple of times for a few hours. Like everywhere it has become tougher to get in store assistance, but as I said, try having any luck with this at Lowes or Home Depot either. Give em a try if you do not use them!
